真空钎焊水冷板工艺原理
真空钎焊是一种链接水冷板接合组件的制造工艺,可实现更高的导热性能和重量更轻的解决方案。钎焊合金的熔化温度低于其连接的材料。在加热工序之前,将钎焊合金应用于固定到位的母合金的密封部件之间。由于熔炉是真空环境,因此不存在氧化风险,水冷板也不需要助焊剂。熔炉的钎焊合金通过毛细作用填充部件之间的间隙,这样一来,当部件水冷板冷却时,它就借助原子引力和原子扩散形成接合点,最终结果是具有牢固接合点的清洁一体式结构。
